Suitability for treatment is determined by a full medical, health and lifestyle assessment and not all treatments may be available or appropriate for you, as certain medical conditions, medications/drugs may contraindicate treatment.
Any treatment(s) offered to you will require payment in full at the time of treatment and you may require further treatments after a training event to achieve a full cosmetic result. You will not be invited to attend for treatment if you do not complete the application form in full, with honest and accurate information.
Any cancellations or alterations of an appointment require a minimum of 48 hours. If an appointment is altered or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, this will result in a cancellation fee of £50. A no show for an appointment will incur a charge of £80. We understand that life is unpredictable and we will do our best to accommodate you - please call us as soon as you are aware of any changes. Failing to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in a ‘did not attend’ cost of the appointment being charged.
After your initial botulinum toxin treatment, we encourage all our clients to attend a complimentary visit at around 2 weeks time post initial treatment. Any additional units injected may be subject to further charges which shall be discussed during the second review. Should you not book your review at 2 weeks or fail to attend it, a further £140 review fee will be incurred if the review is held within the first 4 weeks alongside any additional units.
All treatment costs are non-refundable.

Please note that no guarantee can be given as to the precise results of any treatment undertaken. At Dr Courtney Clinic, we make every effort to ensure you have the best possible outcome, however as it applies to all medical procedures, can be a spectrum of results. Results vary from individual to individual whilst also depending on numerous factors, many of which cannot always be predicted.
All our clients will be photographed for monitoring purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, we retain the right to decline conducting the treatment.
If you have applied to be a model or a case study, please bear in mind that not all patients will be appropriate for a treatment - a consultation will need to take place, and a full assessment carried out. You may be declined for the treatment that you have booked in for, if you are not a good candidate for it.
During model days/case study days, video filming and pictures will be taken at various points. Dr Courtney Clinic reserves the right to use any of these pictures on their website, glowday website and social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. These pictures may include and are not limited to the patient’s full face, before and afters, as well as video footage of the procedure. The model acknowledges that they will be identifiable from the pictures taken, and that these pictures would be used on social media platforms and other websites such as Glowday, and Dr Courtney Clinic. This is in return for 25% discount on the full price of the treatment. A review of the service is required from each model.
Some treatments will be unsuitable for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment at any time if we feel that you are unsuitable for any reason. Should this situation arise we will refund the amount paid by you. We will not reimburse any other outgoings or expenses incurred.
